About Me

My name is Logan Murphy. I began my mortgage career at 1 World Trade Center in downtown Manhattan. During Covid I moved down to the Carolinas where I learned the ins and outs of brokering non-owner occupied loan products for investment properties nationwide.

My team and I, now originate private equity backed CMBS loans as a TPO for the 1-4 unit space primarily. With this designation, I have expanded guidelines and control over underwriting, doc requirements, and investor takeout. Best part about this is in 99% of cases, I have no need for tax return information, income verification, or seasoning requirements. I've learned that in this business flexibility is rewarded and I have stayed nimble through the ups and downs. I've found out that you can make money in up markets and down markets, when rates are high or low. I've made sure to deliver for my clients across the country.

Lastly, I'm happy to offer my services as a broker for commercial or multifamily loans for on select projects. I have countless lenders for all different types of projects and can provide valuable insight on various scenarios.
